Randy is the managing partner of the firm, and he is responsible for the overall management of the firm. He specializes in real estate and partnerships, and assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, bank financing and succession planning. Prior to joining the firm, Randy spent eleven years with an international accounting firm.

Randy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Michigan Association of CPA’s and a former officer or board member of the institute of Management Accountants and other non-profit organizations. He is also an active member in his church.

He received a bachelor’s degree and a masters of Science in Accountancy from Western Michigan University.
